*Patients who are not pregnant, require a completed blood test for Iron, Ferritin and Haemoglobin (Hb) within the past 3 months. Patients under 16 years old - please call the clinic to discuss booking, please do not book online. Only those that are Pregnant in the second or third trimester can book online. **We only infuse Ferinject and Monofer** Cost does not include cost of the iron/infusion medication
